Happy Radio Monique 963 Gold on Ice is an online oldies station from the Netherlands that revives the legendary Dutch offshore pirate station Radio Monique. It plays golden hits from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, and offers multiple stream qualities (up to 320 kbps, plus HE-AAC and HLS) on its website.
