About This Station

**Hope Radio - Angel 3** is a Christian shortwave radio station based on the Island of Palau, broadcasting hope and the Gospel of Jesus Christ across South East Asia. Its mission is to reach 17 countries—including China, India, the Philippines, and Indonesia—with a combined population of approximately 3.8 billion people, making it one of the largest outreach opportunities in the world. The station was founded by George Otis Sr. of High Adventure Ministries, later operated under LeSEA Broadcasting, and since September 2020 has been led by CEO Apostle Joe Perozich. Programming focuses on preaching salvation, offering encouragement to Christians in persecuted regions, and answering spiritual questions like "How can I be saved?" The station's three antennas can reach over 3.8 billion people, aiming to share the Christian message with even 1% of that population.
