The station targets 17 countries, including China, India, the Philippines, and Indonesia, with a combined potential audience of roughly 3.8 billion people. Its programming focuses on evangelical messages of salvation, hope, and encouragement for Christians, delivered in multiple languages to serve diverse listeners. Founded by George Otis Sr. and later operated under LeSEA Broadcasting, the station has been led by CEO Apostle Joe Perozich since September 2020.
