About This Station

**Koori Radio – 93.7FM 2LND** is Sydney’s only First Nations radio station, broadcasting 24/7 on FM and DAB+ from Redfern, NSW—known as Australia’s Black Capital. Operated by the community-controlled arts and media organisation Gadigal Information Service Aboriginal Corporation (GIS), it delivers a “Live and Deadly” cultural mix of Australian and international Indigenous and black music, alongside talkback, news, current affairs, chat, and community information. The station produces five weekly programs broadcast nationally through community and Indigenous networks, as well as live national coverage of major Indigenous events. Its award-winning team of professional and volunteer broadcasters reflects a wide variety of backgrounds. Celebrating 25 years on air, Koori Radio remains a vital community broadcaster, supported by tax-deductible donations and merchandise sales from the Gadigal Market.
