About This Station

**Lumbung Radio** is an inter-local online community radio station originating from *documenta fifteen* and coordinated by the Station of Commons. Operating as a decentralized network of nodes, it streams multiple languages, music, and art without adhering to specific time zones, aiming to create an "audiophonic common space" built on the diverse practices of its contributors. The station features a wide range of participating radios and artists from around the world, including partners in Finland, Mexico, Indonesia, Palestine, Morocco, India, Germany, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Notable collaborators include Fugitive Radio, Radio Nopal, RURUradio, Radio AlHara, and Cashmere Radio, among others. Its programming reflects a global, experimental approach to community broadcasting, emphasizing shared production and alternative ways of thinking and learning.
