SSR1 is a not-for-profit online radio station from Australia, streaming ambient and drone music as one of its two dedicated channels. It forms part of the Systrum Sistum Radio network, alongside SSR2 which focuses on electronica and dance genres. The station is notable for its interactive 'Vox Pop' request programmes, where listeners can submit tracks to be queued and played on-air. Originally active from 2003 to 2008, the project was revived in 2018 and broadcasts from Brisbane, Australia and Budapest, Hungary.
